Donald is a C-Level executive and serial entrepreneur with an exceptional track record for creating enterprise value in mature and resource-constrained organizations.  He is a co-founder of Tarus Therapeutics, an immune-oncology group which is advancing a portfolio of adenosine receptor antagonists. He is also a co-founder of Levisense Medical,  a venture which has developed a disruptive surface for the prevention and treatment of stage III and IV Pressure Ulcers. He is associated with Castle-Hill Capital Partners where he works with early stage ventures to raise capital and position for exit. He was a managing director at both Morgan Stanley and Royal Bank of Canada holding senior capital market advisory positions in the US, Asia and Europe. Earlier he was employed with Ciba-Geigy AG in Basel Switzerland and Baxter Travenol in Deerfield, Illinois.
